Abstract

UNIDADE PARA ARTIGOS DE MOLDAGEM POR COMPRESSãO DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO, E, MéTODO PARA MOLDAR POR COMPRESSãO PRé-FORMAS DE RECIPIENTES DE MATERIAL POLIMéRICO PELA UNIDADE. A unidade opera pelo acoplamento, um ao outro, sob pressão, de um punção (11) e uma matriz com sua cavidade fechada com uma carga de material polimérico, a carga sendo produzida fora da matriz e, depois, inserida na cavidade de matriz. A unidade compreende um molde tendo uma parte de matriz inferior arranjada para formar a parte inferior da superfície externa do artigo, cuja superfície interna (30a) compreende uma porção final inferior e uma porção lateral se estendendo axialmente. A parte de matriz inferior (30) compreende um primeiro membro constituinte (31) e um segundo membro constituinte (32) tendo superfícies internas (33, 34) que podem ser complementarmente alinhadas, para, juntas, definirem a superfície interna (30a) da parte de matriz inferior (30) a superfície interna (34) do segundo membro constituinte (32) definindo totalmente, ou por uma grande extensão, a mencionada porção final inferior da superfície interna da parte de matriz inferior (30). O mencionado segundo membro constituinte (32) sendo móvel em relação ao primeiro membro constituinte (31), entre uma posição superior na qual sua superfície interna (34) jaz na mencionada posição alinhada com a superfície interna (33) e uma posição de extração, na qual sua superfície interna (34) jaz espaçada da superfície interna (33) de modo a aumentar o volume da cavidade da parte de matriz inferior (30).
