Abstract

DISPERSãO DE PARTìCULAS POLIMéRICAS NUMA FASE AQUOSA CONTìNUA, MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA DISPERSãO DE PARTìCULAS POLIMéRICAS NUMA FASE AQUOSA CONTìNUA E COMPOSIçãO ADESIVA, SELADORA OU DE REVESTIMENTO. Preparam-se dispersões poliméricas por reação de um poliisocianato e um poliéster poliol contendo hidroximetila derivado de um ácido graxo para formar um pré-polímero, dispersando o pré-polímero numa fase aquosa e depois curando o pré-polímero para formar partículas poliméricas sólidas. Os pré-polímeros podem ser preparados tendo grupos funcionais isocianato, hidroxila, ou uma variedade de outros grupos funcionais reativos. As dispersões são úteis numa variedade de aplicações de revestimento, seladora, adesiva e elastómero.
