Abstract

REATORES DE POLIMERIZAçãO TUBULARES E POLìMEROS FEITOS NOS MESMOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de reator tubular e processos para a polimerização aperfeiçoada, incluindo a utilização de agentes de transferência de cadeia e múltiplas alimentações de monómeros, espaçadas na direção do comprimento ao longo do reator tubular, proporcionando altas conversões de monómero em polímero. A invenção também diz respeito aos polímeros preparados a partir de tal aparelho de reator tubular e processos, incluindo aqueles polímeros tendo um baixo valor de névoa, uma densidade acima de 0,92 g/cm¬ 3¬ e/ou tendo grupos carbonila terminais, O aparelho e os métodos separaram ou reduziram a dependência entre a concentração de monómero e a concentração de agente de transferência. A separação em outras modalidades pode também ser variada, resultando em efeitos desejáveis múltiplos.
