Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE ACOPLAMENTO. O dispositivo de acoplamento (1) de acordo com a invenção apresenta uma bucha de acoplamento (4) , uma carcaça de acoplamento (6) e um conector de acoplamento (5). A bucha de acoplamento (4) e o conector de acoplamento (5) estão conformados de modo tão simples, que eles podem ser configurados mediante conformação a frio em extremidades de tubos. A carcaça de acoplamento (6) é preferivelmente uma simples peça de material sintético, que pode ser fabricada pelo processo de moldagem por injeção. Meios de engate (12, 16, 17, 18) fixam a carcaça de acoplamento (6) na bucha de acoplamento (4) . O conector de acoplamento (5) fixa, por sua vez, o meio de engate (12, 16, 17, 18) em posição de engate, de maneira que a carcaça de acoplamento (6) não se pode soltar da bucha de acoplamento (4) enquanto o conector de acoplamento (5) se encontrar na bucha de acoplamento (4) . Um anel de retenção (35) fixa, por sua vez, o conector de acoplamento (5) na carcaça de acoplamento (6) . Em caso de necessidade, o anel de retenção (35) poderá estar disposto e configurado de maneira a poder ser transferido para a posição de liberação por meio de uma ferramenta de soltura.
