Abstract

ESTRUTURA ALVEOLAR CURVA E MéTODO PARA O PROCESSAMENTO DA MESMA. Uma estrutura alveolar curva é divulgada neste documento. A estrutura alveolar curva é facilmente produzida, colocando as respectivas chapas planas, compostas de material metálico ou plástico, entre moldes de uma prensa ou máquina de moldar a vácuo para formar um formato curvo, formando colunas celulares hexagonais com formato alveolar para projetar-se de uma superfície de cada uma das chapas curvas, em seguida, engatando as colunas celulares hexagonais das chapas superior e inferior entre si e colando-as uma à outra,. Durante a formação da estrutura alveolar, as células hexagonais não são esmagadas ou estendidas, e a resistência da estrutura alveolar é substancialmente a mesma da chapa plana. Além disso, a chapa curva pode ter vários formatos, e é possível melhorar a produtividade sem aumentar o consumo de material.
