Abstract

ENZIMAS LACASE E SEUS USOS. A presente invenção refere-se a novas enzimas lacases que podem ser obtidas partindo das cepas do gênero Thielavia ou das cepas do gênero Chaetomium. A invenção se refere ainda às seqüências de ácidos nucléicos que codificam as enzimas, aos hospedeiros recombinantes nos quais as seqüências de ácidos nucléicos foram introduzidas e aos processos para a produção das enzimas em hospedeiros recombinantes. As enzimas da invenção são adequadas para várias aplicações, por exemplo, para o tratamento de denim e para a remoção de manchas.
