Abstract

CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA EUCARIOTICA DE PLANTA NãO- SUPERIOR QUE CONTEM PROTEìNA DE FUSãO RECOMBINANTE DENTRO DE CONJUNTOS DO TIPO CORPO DE PROTEìNA RECOMBINANTE (RPBLAS), MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA PROTEìNA DE FUSãO E MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO RECOMBINANTE. Trata-se de um método para a formação de uma proteína de fusão que é expressa como um conjunto do tipo corpo de proteína recombinante em células hospedeiras eucarióticas e os organismos com exceção de plantas superiores como sistemas hospedeiros. Mais particularmente, os peptideos e as proteínas são fundidos às seqúências de proteínas que mediam a indução da formação de conjunto do tipo corpo de proteína recombinante (RPBLA), e são estavelmente expressos e acumulados nestas células hospedeiras após a transformação com um vetor apropriado. Também são apresentados métodos para a preparação da proteína de fusão.
