Abstract

MEMBRANA MICRO-POROSA COM TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFìCIE E DISPOSITIVO ELETROQUìMICA PREPARARADO COM ELA. é descrito um filme poroso compreendendo: (a) um substrato poroso tendo poros; e (b) uma camada de cobertura formada em pelo menos uma região selecionada do grupo que consiste em uma superfície do substrato e uma parte dos poros presentes no substrato, onde a camada de cobertura compreende borracha de estireno-butadieno. Um dispositivo eletroquímico usando o filme poroso como um separador também é descrito. O filme poroso é recoberto com um polímero de estireno-butadieno, cujas características de borracha podem ser controladas, e assim provê melhor resistência a arranhões e adesão a outro substratos. Quando o filme poroso é usado como um separador para um dispositivo eletroquímico, é possível melhorar a segurança do dispositivo eletroquímico e prevenir a degradação na qualidade do dispositivo eletroquímico.
