Claims (12)
- R E I V I N D I C A Ç Õ E S1. Filme poroso, sendo um separador de um dispositivo eletroquímico, o filme poroso compreendendo:(a) um substrato poroso tendo poros; e (b) uma camada de cobertura formada em pelo menos uma região selecionada do grupo que consiste em uma superfície do substrato e uma parte dos poros presentes no substrato, onde a camada de cobertura compreende borracha de estireno-butadieno, caracterizado por:- a borracha de estireno-butadieno ter uma temperatura de transição vítrea Tg de 25°C ou menor, e- a borracha de estireno-butadieno conter um grupo funcional hidrofílico.
- 2. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o grupo funcional hidrofílico da borracha de estireno-butadieno é selecionada do grupo que consiste em ácido maléico, ácido acrílico, acrilato, ácido carboxílico, nitrilo, hidroxila, acetato, mercapto, éter, éster, amida, grupos amina, e átomos de halogênio.
- 3. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a borracha de estireno-butadieno é obtida pela polimerização de: um monômero contendo um grupo butadieno, um monômero contendo um grupo estireno e um monômero contendo um grupo hidrofílico tendo pelo menos um grupo funcional hidrofílico selecionado do grupo que consiste em ácido maléico, ácido acrílico, acrilato, ácido carboxílico, nitrilo, hidroxila, acetato, mercapto, éter, éster, amida, grupos amina, e átomos de halogênio.
- 4. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracteri zado pelo fato de que o monômero contendo um grupo estireno e o monômero contendo um grupo butadieno são usados em uma relação de porcentagem em peso de 1:99 a 99:1.
- 5. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o substrato poroso tendo poros é selecionado do grupo que consiste em:(a) um separador;Petição 870190041873, de 03/05/2019, pág. 31/36 (b) um filme poroso de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, que inclui um filme poroso tendo poros, recoberto com uma camada de cobertura compreendendo uma mistura de partículas inorgânicas com um polímero ligante, sobre uma superfície do substrato poroso e/ou sobre uma parte dos poros presentes no substrato poroso;(c) um filme poroso de compósito orgânico/inorgânico do tipo de permanência livre compreendendo partículas inorgânicas ligante parcialmente ou uma camada de cobertura de polímero totalmente formada na superfície das partículas inorgânicas, em que as partículas inorgânicas são selecionadas do grupo que consiste em:(a) partículas inorgânicas tendo uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou maior, que são BaTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT), Pb1xLaxZr1-yTiyO3 (PLZT), Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT), hafnia (HfO2),SrTiO3, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, NiO, CaO, ZnO, ZrO2, Y2O3, Al2O3 ou TiO2; e (b) partículas inorgânicas tendo condutividade de íons de lítio selecionadas do grupo que consiste em: fosfato de lítio (LÍ3PO4); fosfato de titânio de lítio (LixTiy(PO4)3, 0<x<2,0<y<3); lítio alumínio titânio fosfato (LixAlyTiz(PO4)3, 0<x<2,0<y<1, 0<z<3); vidro tipo (LiAlTiP)xOy (0<x<4, 0<y<13); titanato de lantânio de lítio (LixLayTiO3, 0<x<2, 0<y<3); tiofosfato de germânio de lítio (LixGeyPzSw, 0<x<4, 0<y<1, 0<z<1, 0<w<5); nitretos de lítio (LixNy, 0<x<4, 0<y<2); vidro tipo SiS2 (LixSiySz, 0<x<3,0<y<2, 0<z<4);vidro tipo P2S5 (LixPySz, 0<x<3,0<y<3, 0<z<7).
- 6. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que os filmes porosos de compósitos inorgânicos/orgânicos (b) (c) compreendem as partículas inorgânicas unidas e fixadas entre si pelo polímero ligante, e tem uma estrutura de poros formada pelos volumes intersticiais das partículas inorgânicas.
- 7. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o separador e o filme poroso tendo poros compreendido no filme poroso de compósito inorgânico/orgânico (b) compreende pelo menos um material selecionado do grupo que consiste em tereftalato de polietileno,Petição 870190041873, de 03/05/2019, pág. 32/36 tereftalato de polibutileno, poliéster, poliacetal, poliamida, policarbonato, poli-imida, poli(éter-éter-cetona), poli-éter sulfona, poli(óxido de fenileno), sulfidro de polifenileno, polietileno naftaleno, polietileno, polipropileno, e poliolefina.
- 8. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polímero ligante tem um parâmetro de solubilidade entre 15 e 45 MPa1/2.
- 9. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que o polímero ligante é pelo menos um selecionado do grupo que consiste em poli(fluoreto de vinilideno)co-hexafluoropropileno, poli(fluoreto de vinilideno)-cotricloroetileno, polimetilmetacrilato, poliacrilonitrilo, polivinilpirrolidona, poli(acetato de vinila), polietileno-coacetato de vinila, óxido de polietileno, acetato de celulose, acetato e butirato de celulose, acetato e propionato de celulose, ciano-etilpululano, ciano-etil de poli(álcool vinila), cianoetilcelulose, ciano-etilsucrose, pululano, e carboximetil celulose.
- 10. Filme, de acordo com a reivindicação 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas são usadas em uma quantidade de 50 a 99% em peso baseado em 100% em peso da mistura das partículas inorgânicas e do polímero ligante.
- 11. Dispositivo eletroquímico, compreendendo um catodo, um anodo, um separador e um eletrólito, caracterizado pelo fato de que o separador é um filme poroso conforme definido na reivindicação 1.
- 12. Dispositivo eletroquímico, de acordo com a reivindicação 11, caracterizado pelo fato de ser uma bateria secundária de lítio.
