Abstract

PROCESSO QUìMICO POR OBTER VIDRO ANTI-REFLETIVO, INCLUINDO IMERSãO EM UMA SOLUçãO áCIDA, PARA PRODUçãO SIMULTáNEA E CONTìNUA. A invenção relaciona a um processo químico por obter vidro anti-refletivo, enquanto incluindo imersão em uma solução ácida, para a produção simultânea e contínua de um ou mais separa folhas de e/ou de vidro que tem padrão, dimensões especiais ou variáveis, densidade, cores, usos e aplicações. O processo inventivo pode ser usado para obter vidro um fim anti-refletivo de uma maneira simultânea e contínua em ambos os lados (lado atmosférico e lado estanhado) da folha de vidro ou de vários vidro diferente separa folhas . Processo dito inclui o uso de recipientes de vidro e recipientes de soluções químicas que estão coberto com polymer especial ou resinam para prevenir ataque das soluções químicas usado no processo. Os recipientes de soluções químicos acima mencionado são encapsulados tal que todos os fatores envolvidos na operação podem ser controlados e podem ser assegurados. A invenção também inclui o uso de um levantamento de cadeia de variável-velocidade que é usado para transportar, carrega, e imerge os recipientes de folhas de vidro nos recipientes de soluções químicas. O propósito da invenção é usar um método moderno para obter um vidro anti-refletivo que excede as características de vidro anti-refletivo obtido usando métodos conhecidos, desde então com produtividade aumentada e qualidade e risco menos físico e ambiental está completamente cada das operações no processo e seguramente controlado.
