Abstract

RESINA DE AMINOAMIDA MODIFICADA COM ACRILATO CURáVEL POR RADIAçãO SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO E COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO CURáVEL POR ENERGIA COMPREENDENDO UM COMPONENTE PASSIVEL DE FORMAR LIGAçãO CRUZADA E UM FOTOINICIADOR. Uma resina de aminoamida modificada com acrilato curável por radiação a qual é o produto da adição de Michael de um polimero termoplástico de aminoamida derivado de um ácido graxo insaturado polimerizado com um éster de poliol tendo pelo menos três grupos de éster de (meta)acrilato, o polímero termoplástico de aminoamida tendo um número de amina de 40 a 60 mg de KOH/g, a proporção dos grupos (meta)acrilato iniciais do éster de poliol para os grupos amino funcionais iniciais do polímero de aminoamida sendo de pelo menos 4:1, a resina é liquida a 25°C e é útil como o componente de resina de vários tipos de composição de revestimento curável por energia, incluindo tintas, vernizes e lacas, especialmente tintas litográficas.
