Abstract
COMPONENTES ORTOGONAIS DE TRADUçãO PARA A INCORPORAçãO IN VIVO DE AMINOáCIDOS NãO NATURAIS. A presente invenção se refere a pares ortogonais de RNAts e aminoacil-RNAt sintetases que podem incorporar aminoácidos não naturais nas proteínas produzidas em células hospedeiras eubacterianas, tais como E. coli, em um hospedeiro eucariótico tal como uma célula de levedura. A invenção propõe, por exemplo, sem limitação, sintetases ortogonais inéditas, métodos para a identificação e preparação de sintetases inéditas, métodos para a produção de proteínas que contêm aminoácidos não naturais e sistemas de tradução.
