Abstract

MéTODO PARA A MANUFATURA DE MATERIAIS TERMOPLáSTICOS, MISTURA DE ADITIVOS PARA MATERIAIS TERMOPLáSTICO, MATERIAL TERMOPLáSTICO, E, PRODUTO DE UM MATERIAL TERMOPLASTICO. Método e mistura para a manufatura de materiais termoplásticos com boa capacidade de processamento e tempo de vida útil ajustável, que compreendem pelo menos um agente de promoção de oxidação (pró-degradante) e pelo menos um estabilizador. O pró-degradante é um composto metálico solúvel em gordura, que pode ser manufaturado permitindo-se com que um sal metálico com um composto orgânico solúvel em gordura, em um processo que envolve uma oxidação adequada. O produto final possui uma capacidade de oxidação com respeito a um certo agente de redução, que é mais alta do que a capacidade de oxidação de um produto de referência manufaturado a partir do mesmo sal metálico e do mesmo composto orgânico solúvel em gordura, sem o uso de um agente de oxidação. Um estabilizador com estabilidade de processo adequada e estabilidade a longo prazo é usado em combinação com o pró-degradante. A invenção também contém produtos manufaturados pelo método.
