Abstract

MéTODO, APARELHO, E SISTEMA PARA LIMPEZA DE COMPONENTES DE PRECISãO BASEADA EM DOIS SOLVENTES. Um sistema de limpeza de dois solventes 100 para limpeza de componentes de precisão, como ilustrado na Figura 1, sem o uso de solventes de VOC. O sistema de limpeza compreendendo uma porção de limpeza 104, uma porção de enxágúe 106 e uma porção de recuperação de solvente 108. O sistema de limpeza de dois solventes proporciona uma operação de dois modos para limpar e enxaguar os componentes de precisão utilizando um primeiro solvente 112 e um segundo solvente 126, em que o primeiro e o segundo solvente são separáveis e recuperáveis, O primeiro e o segundo solventes podem ser solventes sem VOC que são tão eficazes quanto os sistemas à base de solvente VOC da técnica anterior, enquanto subseqúentemente permitindo a separação, recuperação e reutilização do primeiro e segundo solventes.
