Abstract
PROCESSOS PARA RECUPERAçãO MELHORADA DE UM OU MAIS TEORES E DE UM SEGUNDO TEOR DE METAL DE LIXIVIAçãO DE PILHA E/OU REJEITOS DE MINéRIOS. A invenção revelada fornece um processo para recuperação melhorada de um ou mais teores de metal de lixiviação de pilha e/ou rejeitos de minérios contendo os teores de metal, o processo compreendendo: (a) prover uma solução de lixívia de alto teor obtida por lixiviação de pilha e/ou rejeitos de minério de alto teor fresco contendo um primeiro teor de metal; (b) submeter a solução de lixívia de alto teor a uma primeira extração por solvente do primeiro teor de metal e aplicar o primeiro rafinado aquoso resultante para lixiviar o minério de alto teor fresco; (c) prover uma solução de lixívia de baixo teor obtida por lixiviação de pilha e rejeitos de minério parcialmente lixiviado ou minério de baixo teor fresco do primeiro teor de metal; e (d) submeter a solução de lixívia de baixo teor a uma segunda extração por solvente do primeiro teor de metal, separada da primeira extração por solvente do primeiro teor de metal, e aplicar a segunda solução aquosa separada para lixiviar o minério parcialmente lixiviado ou minério de baixo teor fresco, em que o primeiro e segundo rafinado aquoso não são misturados entre si antes de ser aplicados aos seus respectivos minérios para lixiviação. Alternativamente, o primeiro e segundo rafinados podem ser misturados entre si antes de ser aplicados aos seus respectivos minérios para lixiviação, contanto que o rafinado aquoso aplicado no minério de alto teor fresco compreenda pelo menos 60% em volume do primeiro rafinado aquoso, e o rafinado aquoso aplicado no minério parcialmente lixiviado compreenda pelo menos 60% em volume do segundo rafinado aquoso.
