Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A RECUPERAçãO DE ZINCO POR LIXIVIAçãO EM CONTRA-CORRENTE". A invenção refere-se a um método para a lixiviação de materiais contendo zinco em conexão com a recuperação eletrolítica de zinco. De acordo com este método, os materiais alimentados, isto é, calcina de zinco e sulfeto de zinco, são lixiviados em três estágios, nos quais o teor de ácido sulfúrico aumenta de acordo com a direção na qual os sólidos se movimentam. Os sólidos e a solução formada nos estágios de lixiviação são conduzidos através do processo em contra-corrente entre si.
