Abstract

PREPARAçãO ESTéREO-SELETIVA DE GAMA-LACTONAS. Processo de preparação estéreo-seletiva de gama-lactona (R) ou (S), caracterizado pelo fato de que se efetua uma bio-síntese por via microbiana de gama-lactona, a bio-sintese sendo realizada a partir de pelo menos um substrato, escolhido dentre os ácidos graxos de C5 a C20 com o auxílio de uma cepa escolhida dentre aquelas que permitem uma hidroxilação estéreo-seletiva em C4 desse substrato, notadamente Aspex-gillus sp ou Mortiereila sp. Bio-síntese dessa gama-lactona, e utilização em perfumaria e em aromática alimentícia.
