Procedimiento para la preparación de Llisina mediante la fermentación de bacterias corineformes, caracterizado porque se utilizan bacterias en las cuales se eleva la actividad intracelular de la enzima de accBC, en particular se sobreexpresa la secuencia de nucleótidos que codfica el gen accBC o que lo porta.
