Abstract

PROCESSO QUìMICO E UNIDADE DE PRODUçãO. A invenção se refere a um processo continuo para produção de dióxido de cloro compreendendo as etapas de continuamente: a) alimentar a um reator (1) um ácido, peróxido de hidrogênio e clorato de metal alcalino; b) reagir o clorato de metal alcalino com o ácido e o peróxido de hidrogênio para produzir um corrente de produto (2) contendo díóxido de cloro, oxigênio e sal de metal alcalino do ácido, c) alimentar a corrente de produto proveniente do reator a um edutor (3) e misturá-la com água motiva alimentada ao edutor e assim produzir uma corrente de produto diluída; d) remover o oxigênio oriundo da corrente de produto diluída; e) remover parte da corrente de produto diluída (9), antes, durante ou após a etapa de remoção do oxigênio; f) adicionar água (11) à parte não-removida da corrente de produto diluída para produzir uma corrente de reciclo (12); e, g) alimentar a corrente de recíclo (12) ao edutor e alimentar o mesmo com água motiva (4) . A invenção se refere ainda a uma unidade de produção para a produção de uma solução aquosa compreendendo dióxído de cloro.
