Abstract

MéTODO PARA O SUPRIMENTO DE óLEO DE LUBRIFICAçãO NA LAMINAçãO A FRIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de suprimento de óleo de lubrificação na laminação a frio para a laminação estável sem raspagens por calor ou deslizamento e realizando alta produtividade e melhora do consumo específico do óleo de lubrificação, isto é, um método de suprimento de óleo de lubrificação na laminação a frio para lubrificar a laminação na laminação em série a frio da lâmina de metal suprindo um tipo predeterminado de óleo de lubrificação em emulsão compreendido de uma mistura de óleo de laminação e água no lado de entrada do suporte de laminação dos bicos,o método de suprimento de óleo de lubrificação na laminação a frio caracterizado por medir ou estimar a pressão no cano do bico de lubrificação (pressão do bico de lubrificação), controlar a pressão do bico de lubrificação de qualquer suporte de laminação onde a lubrificação é propensa de se tornar excessiva com o óleo de lubrificação de emulsão predeterminado para 0,5MPa ou mais, e, enquanto fazendo isso, suprir o óleo de lubrificação para a entrada de aperto do rolo do suporte pela injeção direta.
