Abstract

PLACA BIPOLAR PARA ELETROLISADOR QUE COMPREENDE UMA PAREDE éNICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma placa bipolar que consiste em uma parede única e uma moldura perimetral de vedação obtida dobrando-se e fornecendo uma superfície de limite plana de apoio para a solda da moldura para parede. A parede tem ulteriormente projeções em uma face da mesma obtidas preferivelmente moldando, e com suportes na outra face que consistem em tiras de lâmina colocadas na cavidade formada pela parte côncava das projeções. As projeções se estendem substancíalmente ao longo de todo o comprimento da placa bipolar. As projeções e os suportes são conectados aos eletrodos ou distribuidores de correntes. As projeções, os suportes, a parede única e a moldura perímetral são feitos do mesmo metal ou liga. O eletrodo ou distribuidor de corrente suportado pelas projeções, as mesmas projeções e os suportes são soldados juntos por uma única passagem de solda a arco ou preferivelmente a laser O eletrodo ou distribuidor de corrente conectado ao suporte e o mesmo suporte são soldados reciprocamente por uma sucessiva passagem de solda a arco ou preferivelmente a laser A solda entre a parede e a moldura perimetral na superfície de limite da moldura é realizada com a técnica de laser a diodo, permitindo obter uma conexão resistente mas sem um derretimento completo da lâmina, eliminando desse modo o risco de perda dos fluidos do processo em direção ao ambiente externo.
