Abstract
PROCESSO QUE PERMITE A REALIZAÇçO DE UMA INTERVENÇçO DE MANUTENÇçO EM UMA MÁQUINA DE CORTE E MÁQUINA DE CORTE DESTINADA À FABRICAÇçO DE FIOS CORTADOS DE USO TÉCNICO. Processo que permite a realização de uma intervenção de manutenção em uma máquina de corte (7), notadamente uma troca dos órgáos de corte de uma máquina de corte, caracterizado pelo fato de que se estira pelo menos um fio (5) em um primeiro conjunto cortador (C1) em funcionamento, o dito primeiro conjunto cortador (C1) compreendendo uma roda de corte (8) e uma roda de apoio (9), o dito primeiro conjunto cortador (C1) sendo solidário de um chassi montado móvel em tomo de um eixo (24), coloca-se em rotação o dito chassi em tomo de seu eixo (24) até levar um segundo conjunto cortador (C2) inicialmente em posição de não funcionamento até a proximidade do fio (5), o dito segundo conjunto cortador (C2) sendo solidário do dito chassi e compreendendo uma roda de corte (8) e uma roda de apoio (9), coloca-se em funcionamento o segundo conjunto cortador (C2) e introduz-se o fio (5) entre a roda de corte (8) e a roda de apoio (9), coloca-se em posição de não funcionamento o dito primeiro conjunto cortador (C1).
