Abstract

PROCESSO DE REATIVAçãO AUTOMáTICA E SISTEMA DESTINADO à FABRICAçãO DE FIOS CORTADOS. Processo de reativação automático, caracterizado pelo fato de que se agarra pelo menos um fio (5) proveniente de uma fieira através de um meio de preensão; desloca-se o meio de preensão até um meio de estiramento (13); este meio de estiramento sendo adaptado para conduzir o dito fio (5) a uma velocidade de estiramento compatível com uma operação de corte realizada durante a passagem do fio entre uma roda bigorna (9) e uma roda de corte (8) de uma máquina de corte (7); modifica-se o trajeto do fio (5) entre a fieira e o meio de estiramento (13) com a ajuda de um meio de transferência (18), este meio de transferência (18) sendo adaptado para fazer passar o fio (1) entre a roda bigorna (9) e a roda de corte (8) com a ajuda de um meio de engate (20) ou pelo contrário para se afastar da roda bigorna e da roda de corte.
