Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA PROCESSAR SINAL DIGITAL EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇAO SEM FIO OFDMA. É fornecido um aparelho e método para processar um sinal digital em um sistema de comunicação sem fio de acesso múltiplo por divisão de freqúência ortogonal (OFDMA) . No aparelho, uma memória armazena o número de subportadoras alocadas para o terminal móvel e armazena um coeficiente de Transformada de Fourier discreta inversa (IDFT). Uma controladora emite um sinal de seleção de modo indicando o modo de transmissão ou o modo de recepção. Um bloco de Transformada de Fourier rápida inversa multiplica o primeiro resultado obtido pela determinação de uma largura de bit para o coeficiente de IDFT de acordo com o número de subportadoras por um segundo resultado obtido pela determinação da largura de bit para os dados de acordo com o número de subportadoras.
