Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR CÉLULAS MAMÍFERAS. A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para produzir céluIas mamíferas tendo características realçadas, tais como taxas de cresci- mento mais rápido e a capacidade para cultivar até densidades celulares mais altas. A invenção também refere-se aos métodos para produzir células tendo a capacidade para cultivar em meios carecendo de components, tais como insulina e substitutos de insulina. A invenção também refere-se às células mamíferas isoIadas tendo características de crescimento melhorada e/ou a capacidade para cultivar em meios carecendo de components, tais como insulina e substitutos de insulina.
