Abstract

PROCESSO PARA RECONSTITUIR UM CATALISADOR DE OXIDAÇçO ATIVO A PARTIR DE UM CATALISADOR DE OXIDAÇçO DESATIVADO, PROCESSO PARA RECONSTITUIR UM CATALISADOR DE OXIDAÇAO ATIVO E PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAR UM TITANOSSILICATO A PARTIR DE UM CATALI SADOR DE OXIDAÇ~çO DESATIVADO. A presente invençào refere-se a um método para recuperar um titanossilicato de um catalisador de oxidação desativado ou exaurido contendo um titanossilicato tendo depositado sobre o mesmo um ou mais metais catalíticos, tais como ouro, e opcionalmente um ou mais metal(is> promotor(es), o método envolvendo tratar o catalisador desativado com um oxidante; contatar o catalisador tratado com oxidante com um ácido, preferivelmente água régia, lavar o titanossilicato para remover ácido residual; e, opcionalmente, secar e/ou calcinar. A invenção inclui ainda um método para reconstituir um catalisador de oxidação ativo de um catalisador de oxidação desativado, o método envolvendo recuperar o titanossilicato conforme indicado acima, e então depositar um ou mais metais catalíticos e, opcionalmente, um ou mais metal(is) promotor(es) sobre o titanossilicato recuperado.
