Abstract

APARELHO PARA CONTACTAR UMA FOLHA CONTÍNUA DE COMPRIMENTO INDEFINIDO, E, MÉTODO PARA TRATAR UMA FOLHA CONTINUA DE COMPRIMENTO INDEFINIDO. São revelados um aparelho de soldagem ultra-sônica rotativa e método de usar o mesmo. O dispositivo de soldagem ultra-sônica inclui uma trombeta ultra-sônica (1900) e uma bigorna (1902). A trombeta ultra-sônica fica restrita por um sistema de montagem. O sistema de montagem permite que a trombeta apresente dois graus de liberdade. O primeiro grau de liberdade permite movimento transíacional em uma direção perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal da trombeta. O segundo grau de liberdade permite rotação em torno de um eixo perpendicular tanto ao eixo longitudinal da trombeta quanto à direção de movimento transíacional.
