Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA MELHORAR A NATUREZA COESIVA DE FEIXES DE UM FEIXE DE FIOS DE ARAMIDA E REDUZIR O SEU COEFICIENTE DE ATRITO E PARA TRICOTAR, COSTURAR, OU ENTRELAÇAR FEIXES DE FIOS DE ARAMIDA, E, TUBOS TRICOTADOS PARA APLICAÇÕES AUTOMOTIVAS. A invenção pertence a um método para melhorar a natureza coesiva de um feixe de fios de aramida e reduzir o seu coeficiente de atrito, composto da adição ao feixe de fios de 0,1 - 3,0% em peso, com base no peso do fio, de um agente aglutinante de formação de filme dispersável ou solúvel em água, seguido pelo tratamento do feixe de fios com um óleo tendo uma viscosidade intrínseca menor do que 100 mm²/s.
