Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARO DE COMPOSIÇÕES REATIVAS DE POLIURETANO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o preparo de uma composição de poliuretano reativa que é caracterizada pelo fato de: - em um primeiro estágio do processo, a partir de um polimero isocianato reativo ou mistura de polimero isocianato reativos com uma fração de pelo menos 90%, de preferência pelo menos 95%, mais preferivelmente pelo menos 99% em peso de moléculas lineares, através de reação com um poliisocianato tendo um peso molecular < 500, em um déficit molar dos grupos isocianato do poliisocianato com relação aos grupos terminais isocianato reativos do polímero ou mistura de polímeros, um poliuretano termoplástico isento de monômeros é preparado, o qual contém grupos ter- minais isocianato reativos e o qual - em um segundo estágio do processo, é reagido com um pré-polímero isocianato terminal com baixo teor de monômeros, em uma pro porção molar dos grupos terminais isocianato reativos do poliuretano termoplás- tico para os grupos isocianato do pré-polímero de 1:1,1 a 1:5, para proporcionar a composição reativa de poliuretano.
