COMPOSTO DE ANEL DE 7 MEMBROS E MÉTODO DE PRODUÇçO E APLICAÇçO FARMACÊUTICA DO MESMO. Um composto heterocíclico de 7 membros tendo a fórmula (1), ou seu sal, ou um solvato do mesmo, com uma ação inibitória de quimase, e utilizável para a prevenção ou tratamento de várias doenças, em que quima- se está envolvida: um método para produzir o mesmo, e uma composição farmacêutica utilizável para a prevenção ou tratamento de doenças, em que quimase está envolvida, incluindo o composto tendo a fórmula (1), ou seu sal farmaceuticamente aceitável, ou um solvato do mesmo, são providos.
