Abstract

COMPOSTOS ELASTOMERICOS PREENCHIDOS COM SILICA. A presente invenção fornece um processo para o preparo de um elastômero de halobutila preenchido o qual compreende a mistura de um elastômero de halobutila, um preenchedor mineral e um composto de poliol oligomérico ou mistura de um composto de poliol oligomérico e um aditivo contendo pelo menos um grupo hidroxila e pelo menos um grupo funcional tendo um grupo básico de amina, e a cura da mistura de elastômero preenchido resultante. A invenção também se refere a uma composição de elastômero preenchido preparada através do referido processo tendo segurança de chamuscamento aperfeiçoada.
