Abstract
processo de fabricação de uma composição de elastômero com propriedade auto-vedante. processo de fabricação de elastômero com propriedade autovedante à base de pelo menos (pce sgnificando partes em peso para cem partes de elastômero sólido): uma blenda de pelo menos dois elastômeros sólidos, um elastômero polibutadieno ou copolímero de butadieno, dito "elastômero a", e um elastômero borracha natural ou poliisopreno de síntese, dito "elastômero b", a relação ponderal elastômero a: elastômero b estando compreendida em um domínio de 10:90 a 90:10; - entre 30 e 90 pce de uma resina de hidrocarboneto; 0 a menos de 30 pce de carga, no qual, durante uma primeira etapa ou etapa (a), prepara-se uma mistura padrão comportando pelo menos os elastômeros a e b e entre 30 e 90 pce de uma resina de hidrocarboneto, misturando estes diferentes componentes em um misturador a uma temperatura ou até a uma temperatura dita de "mistura a quente" que é superior à temperatura de amolecimento da resina de hidrocarboneto.
