Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇçO DE AMLODIPINA OPTICAMENTE ATIVA E COMPOSTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para resolução óptica de amiodipinas pelo uso de solvente de isopropanol e ácido tartárico O,O'-dibenzoíla opticamente ativo como reagente quiral. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se a um método compreendendo (a) obter sal de (R)- ou (S)-amlodipina dibenzoila tartrato ou solvato do mesmo pela reação de (R,S)-amlodipinas com ácido tartárico O,O'- dibenzoila opticamente ativo em solvente de isopropanol, e (b) tratar o sal de (R)- ou (S)-amlodipina com uma base, desse modo obtendo amiodipina opticamente ativo.
