Abstract
MACROCILOS DE SULFONAMIDO COMO INIBIDORES DE TIE2 E OS SAIS DESTES, UMA COMPOSIÇçO FARMACÊUTICA COMPREENDENDO ESTES COMPOSTOS, O MÉTODO DE PREPARAR E O USO DESTES. A presente invenção refere-se a macrociclos de sulfonamido de acordo com a Fórmula geral (1) e os sais destes, à composições farmacêuticas que compreendem os macrociclos de suífonamido e a um método de preparar os macrociclos de sulfonamido bem como o uso destes para fabricar uma composição farmacêutica para o tratamento de doenças de crescimento vascular desregulado ou de doenças que são acompanhadas com crescimento vascular desregulado, em que os compostos interferem eficazmente com angiopoletina e, portanto, influenciam a sinalização de Tie2. em que R¹, R², R^ 4^, A, X, Y, Z e m têm o significado como determinado na especificação e nas reivindicações.
