Abstract

INSERTO DE CORTE ALINHÁVEL E FERRAMENTA PARA REMOÇçO DE REBARBAS. Uma ferramenta para remoção de rebarbas (20) tendo um inserto de corte alinhável (28) tendo quatro bordas cortantes. O inserto de corte tem uma porção de corpo principal e uma ranhura de guia (54). O inserto de corte é deslizavelmente retido em uma cavidade de inserto (24) com a porção de corpo principal do inserto, localizada em uma fenda geralmente retangular da cavidade do inserto e com a ranhura de guia localizada em e engatando uma porção (74) do membro de guia da cavidade de inserto. O inserto de corte é móvel entre uma posição retraida e uma posição estendida, por meio de uma mola que impele o inserto de corte para a posição estendida. O movimento deslizante do inserto de corte é executado pelo deslizamento do membro de guia dentro da ranhura de guia.
