Abstract

COMPOSIÇçO DE GRAXA LUBRIFICANTE COM BASE EM UREJA, USO DA MESMA, MÉTODO PARA LUBRIFICAR UM MANCAL OU JUNTA, MANCAL DE ROLETES, E, DISPOSITIVO DE DIREÇçO ELETRICAMENTE ASSISTIDA. Uma composição de graxa lubrificante com base em uréia compreendendo (a) como um espessante, um composto de diuréia que é um composto de alquildiuréia tendo um peso molecular médio na faixa de 600 a 700, em que na faixa de 25 a 60 % em moi dos grupos alquila totais é um componente insaturado, e o valor de amina total da amina primária constituindo o material bruto está na faixa de 250 a 350, (b) um óleo de base tendo como seu componente principal um ou mais óleo(s) de hidrocarboneto sintético(s) tendo um ponto de fluidez de -40°C ou abaixo, em quea viscosidade cinemática do óleo de base é de 6000 mrn/s ou menos a -40°C, e (c) como aditivos, uma mistura compreendendo um complexo de molibdênio orgânico solúvel em óleo, um composto de zinco orgânico solúvel em óleo de ácido ditiocarbâmico, um composto de zinco orgânico solúvel em óleo de ácido ditiofosfórico e um composto de enxofre inorgânico; e um mancal de roletes e dispositivo de direção eletricamente assistida em que a dita composição de graxa lubrificante é usada como o lubrificante.
