Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇçO DE PROPENO A PARTIR DE PROPANO. A invenção refere-se a um método para a produção de propeno a partir de propano, que compreende os seguintes estágios: A) é preparada uma corrente de alimentação contendo propano, B) a corrente de gás de alimentação contendo propano e uma corrente de gás contendo oxigênio são supridas a uma zona de desidrogenação e propano é submetido a uma desidrogenação autotérmica catalítica não oxidativa para fornecer propeno, em que uma corrente gasosa de produto b contendo propano, propeno, metano, etano, eteno, nitrogênio, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, vapor d'água e hidrogênio é obtida, C) a corrente de gás de produto b é resfriada e o vapor d'água é separado através de condensação para fornecer um produto como a corrente c extraida de vapor d'água, D) componentes gasosos não- condensáveis ou de baixo ponto de ebulição são separados pela colocação da corrente de gás do produto em contato com um agente de absorção inerte, com a subseqüente dessorção dos gases dissolvidos no agente de absorção inerte, em que uma corrente de hidrocarboneto C~ 3~ d1 e uma corrente de gás de rejeito d2, contendo metano, etano, eteno, nitrogênio, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono e hidrogênio são geradas, E) a corrente de hidrocarboneto C~ 3~ d1 é resfriada e comprimida para fornecer uma corrente de hidrocarboneto C~ 3~ líquida e1, F) a corrente de hidrocarboneto C~ 3~ líquida e1 é alimentada a uma primeira zona de destilação e separada, através de destilação, em uma corrente f1 contendo propano e propeno e uma corrente f2 contendo etano e eteno, e G) a corrente f1 é alimentada a uma segunda zona de destilação e separada, através de destilação, em uma corrente de gás de produto g1 de propeno e uma corrente g2 de propano, em que a corrente g2 é pelo menos parcialmente reciclada ao interior da zona de desidrogenação.
