Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av propen fra propan som omfatter trinnene: A) en propanholdig fødegasstrøm a tilveiebringes; B) den propanholdige fødegasstrømmen a, eventuelt damp og eventuelt en oksygenholdig gasstrøm føres inn i en dehydrogeneringssone og propan utsettes for en dehydrogenering til propen for å oppnå en produktgasstrøm b som inneholder propan, propen, metan, etan, eten, karbonmonoksid, karbondioksid, damp, eventuelt hydrogen og eventuelt oksygen; C) produktgasstrømmen b kjøles, eventuelt komprimeres og damp fjernes ved kondensasjon for å oppnå en damputarmet produktgasstrøm c; D) ikke kondenserbar eller lavtkokende gassbestanddeler fjernes ved å bringe produktgasstrømmen c i kontakt med en inert absorbent og deretter desorbere gassene som er oppløst i den inerte absorbenten for å oppnå en C3 hydrokarbonstrøm d1 og en avgasstrøm d2 som inneholder metan, etan, eten, nitrogen, karbonmonoksid, karbondioksid, eventuelt hydrogen og eventuelt oksygen; E) C3 hydrokarbonstrømmen d1 kjøles og eventuelt komprimeres for å oppnå en gassformig eller flytende C3 hydrokarbonstrøm e1: F) C3 hydrokarbonstrømmen e1 tilføres eventuelt til en første destillasjonssone og separeres destillativt til en strøm f1 som inneholder propan og propen og en strøm f2 som inneholder etan og eten; G) strømmen e1 eller f1 tilføres til en (andre) destillasjonssone og separeres destillativt til en produktstrøm g1 som inneholder propen og en strøm g2 som inneholder propan, strømmen g2 blir i det minste delvis resirkulert inn i dehydrogeneringssonen.
