Abstract

PROCESSO DE RECURVAMENTO DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO SUPERPOSTAS E DISPOSITIVO DE RECURVAMENTO DE CONJUNTOS DE FOLHAS DE VIDRO SUPERPOSTAS. A invenção se refere a um processo e um dispositivo de recurvamento de folhas de vidro superpostas, que compreende a captação das folhas por uma fôrma superior munida de meios de aspiração que criam um fluxo de ar para cima que toca a espessura das folhas, a dita aspiração sendo suficiente para levantar e manter as folhas superpostas contra a dita fôrma superior, e depois a prensagem das folhas entre a fôrina superior e uma fôrma inferior côncava cheia munida de aberturas, a dita prensagem começando quando a aspiração da etapa precedente ainda não está terminada ou se termina, e depois a conformação das folhas superpostas, por aspiração da face principal da folha inferior através das aberturas do molde inferior côncavo, a dita conformação por aspiração começando quando a prensagem ainda não está terminada, e depois o resfriamento das folhas. Pára-brisas isentos de defeitos ópticos podem assim ser realizados.
