Abstract
MONTAGEM HÍBRIDA PARA A CURA DE PEÇAS COMPOSTAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma montagem híbrida (1) para a cura de peças compostas, que compreende uma estrutura de suporte (3) formada de um material metálico com alta difusividade térmica, uma chapa de base (31) com uma geometria de superfície idêntica àquela da peça a ser curada, formada de INVAR 36 ou NILO 36, uma estrutura intermediária (21) entre a estrutura de suporte (3) e a chapa de base (31), com uma configuração de célula, com os lados de cada célula suficientemente aliviados de modo a facilitar o fluxo de ar sob a chapa de base (31) durante o ciclo de cura, formado de INVAR 36 ou NILO 36, e um meio para fixar a estrutura intermediária (21) à estrutura de suporte (3) que permitem sua expansão livre.
