Abstract
COMPOSIçãO DE TINTA EM Pó TERMOESTáVEL E RESINA DE POLIéSTER QUE PODE SER USADA PARA SUA FABRICAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de tinta em pó termoestáveis à base de resinas de poliéster contendo grupo carboxila, assim como poliepóxidos e/ou 13-hidroxialquilamidas como agentes de cura. As resinas de poliéster têm um número de ácido de 10 a 100 e um número de hidroxila de no máximo 15 mg de KOH/g de resina de poliéster e consistem em pelo menos 50 % em moi, com relação à totalidade dos ácidos dicarboxílicos contidos, de unidades de ácido isoftálico, e pelo menos 50 % em moi, com relação à totalidade dos dióis contidos, de unidades de neopentil glicol, e contêm um máximo de 10 % em moi, com relação à totalidade de todos os ácidos dicarboxílicos e dióis, de monómeros com uma funcionalidade de 3 ou mais. Com a adição de 0,05 a 5% em peso de um ácido policarboxílico heterocíclico à mistura de tinta em pó, de preferência mediante fusão desse ácido na resina de poliéster usada para a fabricação da tinta em pó, pode-se conseguir revestimentos em pó altamente resistentes às condições climáticas, com notáveis propriedades mecânicas e aparência de superfície.
