Abstract

MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CABO E APARELHO PARA EXTRUDAR UM MATERIAL POLIMéRICO. A presente invenção trata de um método para fabricação de um cabo, o cabo compreendendo pelo menos um elemento transmissivo (3) e pelo menos uma camada de revestimento (100) produzido de um material polimérico e disposta em uma posição radialmente externa com respeito ao elemento transmissivo (3). O método compreende as etapas de: a) alimentar o material polimérico a um aparelho de extrusão incluindo uma cabeça de extrusão (1), a cabeça de extrusão (1) compreendendo: uma matriz macho (12), uma matriz fêmea (13) coaxialmente disposta com respeito à matriz macho (12); um canal condutor (20), pelo menos uma parte do qual sendo definida entre a matriz macho (12) e a matriz fêmea (13); e b) controlar uma área em seção transversal da dita pelo menos uma parte do canal condutor (20) em resposta a uma quantidade detectada, a dita quantidade sendo levada a criar durante a manufatura do cabo em função da velocidade de extrusão efetiva. A presente invenção adicionalmente trata de um aparelho de extrusão para a realização do dito método.
