Abstract
MÉTODO PARA ANALISAR A CONDIÇçO DE UM FLUIDO FUNCIONAL E KIT DE TESTE PARA A ANÁLISE DE FLUIDOS FUNCIONAIS. A invenção refere-se a um método para analisar a condição de um fluido funcional que compreende: (1) obter uma amostra do fluido usado; (2) colocar a amostra do fluido em um meio de teste; (3) fazer reagir o fluido com um indicador no meio de teste; (4) analisar visualmente os resultados do reator resultando na determinação da condição do fluido. Além disso, expõe-se um aparelho para analisar fluidos funcionais na forma de um meio de teste que consiste de um material absorvente e não-absorvente que foi tratado com um indicador químico, substância de marcação ou um revelador ou reagente detector no qual é colocada uma amostra a ser testada. Os componentes no meio de teste tratado reagem com os componentes no fluido de teste proporcionando uma indicação visual, por exemplo, uma mudança de cor, para avaliar a condição, a presença de uma substância marcadora ou um outro parâmetro do fluido. O fluido funcional pode ser um lubrificante, combustível ou outro fluido funcional de inumeráveis fontes, incluindo motores de combustão interna, turbinas, transmissões, diferenciais, bombas, operações de usinagem, sistemas de refrigeração e outros, e seja baseado em solvente orgânico ou aquoso.
