Abstract
MéTODO DE DESACILAR SUCRALOSE-6-éSTER. A presente descrição provê um processo para produzir sucralose a partir de uma mistura de alimentação de (a) sucralose-6-éster, como 6-O-acil-4, 1 ',6'-tricloro-4, 1' ,6'-trideoxigalactosacarose, (b) sal incluindo cloreto de metal alcalino ou metal alcalino-terroso, (c) água, e (d) outros sub- produtos de sacarose clorada, em um meio de reação compreendendo uma amida terciária, em que referido processo compreende desacilar, seja antes ou após a remoção da amida terciária, a sucralose-6-éster sob resfriamento ativo para produzir uma solução aquosa compreendendo sucralose, sal incluindo cloreto de metal alcalino ou metal alcalino-terroso, e outros sub-produtos de sacarose clorada. Adicionalmente, a sucralose pode ser recuperada da solução aquosa, como por extração seguida por cristalização ou por técnicas extrativas sozinhas.
