Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA AMINA. é divulgado um processo para a preparação de aminas primárias, secundárias e terciárias através de uma hidrogenação catalítica de amidas não substituidas, N-substituídas e N,N-dissubstituídas. A amida é conduzida, juntamente com uma amina auxiliar, na forma vaporizada em um hidrogênio contendo fluxo de gás sobre o catalisador. O processo pode ser realizado em pressões relativamente baixas, entre 2 e 50 bar, usando catalisadores de hidrogenação típicos como catalisadores tipo CuCr. A amina é obtida com rendimento elevado e alta seletividade. O processo pode ser realizado em um reator de leito fixo contínuo.
