Abstract
FILMES E LUVAS ELASTOMéRICAS. A presente invenção revela uma composição para a produção de um filme elastomérico compreendendo: um polímero sintético, enxofre, e um agente de ligação cruzada de óxido metálico. A concentração do total de sólidos na composição está entre 5-20% por peso da composição. E também revelado um método de múltiplo revestimento de fabricação de um filme elastomérico compreendendo as etapas de: (i) fornecimento de uma composição que compreenda um polímero sintético, um agente de ligação cruzada de óxido metálico, na qual a concentração do total de sólidos na composição esteja entre 5- 20% por peso da composição, (ii) contato da composição com um molde para formar uma camada de composição sobre o molde, (iii) contato da camada de composição sobre o molde com uma quantidade adicional da composição para formar mais uma camada, (iv) secagem da composição, e (v) tratamento da composição.
