Abstract
COMPOSTO DE LEVEDURA APROPRIADO PARA ALTAS CONCENTRAçõES DE FERMENTAçãO ALCOóLICA. A presente invenção relata sobre um composto de levedura apropriado para altas concentrações de fermentação alcoólica, no qual compreende Saccharomyces cerevisiae termoestável, ácido protease, fitase, celulase, 13-glucanase e pectinase, e é apropriado para altas concentrações de fermentação alcoólica para várias matérias primas. Além disso, a fermentação normal, o composto de levedura, da presente invenção, pode degradar as matérias primas, aumentando os ingredientes nutricionais na mistura, promovendo o crescimento de levedura e fornece a proteção à resistência ao estresse.
