Abstract

SACO VENTILáVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um saco ventilável, abrangendo uma peça contínua (1) plana de um material de saco, que é formado por sobreposição de suas duas regiões de borda longitudinal mutuamente contrapostas para um tubo, uma de cujas extremidades é fechada ou executada como fundo, sendo que o material de saco é essencialmente impermeável a ar, mas apresenta perfurações (lg, 1h) em áreas parciais (ld, le; li, lj; 1k, li, im, ln; lo, lp, ir, is) de cada uma das regiões de borda longitudinal mutuamente sobrepostas, sendo que as perfurações (1h) em uma região de borda longitudinal (1 e) estão deslocadas relativamente às perfurações (1 g) na outra região de borda (ld) longitudinal sobreposta, e as bordas longitudinais (la, 1 b) das regiões de borda longitudinal sobrepostas da peça contínua de material de saco são fixadas por meio de uma costura de união (2, 3) na posição respectivamente próxima e sobreposta do material de saco (1). As perfurações (lg) na região de borda longitudinal (ld) sobreposta apresentam uma execução e/ou disposição para menor passagem de ar do que as perfurações (1h) na região de borda longitudinal (le) se sobrepondo, na medida em que na região de borda longitudinal (1 e) se sobrepondo estão executadas perfurações (1h) com área de seção transversal maior do que aquela (lg) na região de borda longitudinal (ld) sobreposta e/ou na medida em que na região de borda longitudinal (1 e) se sobrepondo por unidade de área é executado um número maior de perfurações (1h) do que na região de borda longitudinal (ld) sobreposta.
