Abstract

TERMINAL DE INTERFACE E SISTEMA COMPREENDENDO UM TERMINAL DE INTERFACE. A presente invenção relaciona-se com uma interface terminal e um arranjo incluindo a interface terminal para permitir o interfaceamento entre um dispositivo eletrónico e um provedor de serviços. A interface terminal compreende pelo menos uma interface de dados arranjada para acoplar a interface terminal ao dispositivo eletrónico, um meio de processamento adaptado para operar o dispositivo terminal, e meios de modem habilitando a comunicação de dados entre o terminal de interface e um dispositivo terminal habilitado para comunicação de voz em uma rede pública de comunicações móveis. O meio de processamento de dados é acoplado à interface de dados e o meio de modem é adicionalmente configurado para processar dados recebidos de qualquer um de a interface de dados e/ou o meio de modem. Os dados são comunicados entre o terminal de interface e o provedor de serviços via o dispositivo terminal em uma conexão de comunicação de voz através da rede pública terrestre de comunicações móveis.
