Abstract

Método de produção de elementos decorativos, particularniente insígnias. O método de produção de um ou mais elementos decorativos, particularmente insígnias (38), compreende as etapas de: termoformação de filme de múltiplas camadas (10) que compreende primeira camada protetora transparente (12), segunda camada decorativa (14) que contém pelo menos um pigmento e terceira camada de sustentação (16) de material plástico termoformável, de maneira a formar recessos (28) no filme (10); despejamento nos recessos (28) de resina endurecedora (30) que se adere à terceira camada (16) do filme (10); aplicação de folha de cobertura (32) à terceira camada (16) do filme (10), de forma a englobar a resina despejada (30) que sofre processo de endurecimento; e corte do filme (10) em volta dos recessos (28), de forma a produzir elemento decorativo estratificado que compreende parte do filme (10), camada de resina (30) e parte da folha (32).
